Gregory®

I took my son,Connor,on his first wilderness backpack trip in the Big Horns of Wyoming. We camped and hiked for 4 days and have a lifetime of memories. It was the first time I had loaded my pack that full in 10 years. My Gregory Palisade is vintage 90s and the waist belt buckle broke. Gregory replaced the entire waisttbelt and all buckles free and my pack is as good as new. Connor was very impressed that a company would stand by thier products after nearly 15 years and shortly after he requested a Gregory pack for his birthday. Since then we have backpacked and camped many many nights with our Gregory packs. Thanks Gregory!
